George spent the first 23 years of his life living in Greece, where he got his Master in Electrical & Computer Engineering.  In 2005 he joined Philips Research as a young graduate with a Leonardo Da Vinci scholarship. During this program he worked on short term logistics design and production optimization assignments for ASML, EPC Global, Faes Group and Amphia  Ziekenhuis.

In 2008 he started his own company as a freelancer focusing on improvement projects in the fields of supply chain, production and product development for small and medium size companies.

Between 2010 and 2017 he held various project and program management roles in Philips and successfully executed a broad range of transformation and improvement projects  including complex (technically and organizationally) divesting projects and major IT application migrations.

In 2018 he joined Vanderlande Industries as Business Architect,  partnering with the senior leadership team to create clarity on their strategy and goals and makes designs to align them with its operations, processes, IT systems, and resources. Since 2024, he leads a group of software development teams in the R&D division.

George is a firm believer of leading with curiosity, and has been already studying coaching and practicing his curiosity/coaching muscle for a number of years before he got an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coaching training in 2022. Following that, he started Clarity of Intent - his business and professional coaching/consulting firm.

Being an expat himself and having worked with diverse groups of people over the years he is sensitive to cultural differences and can work with people from any background. He loves reading, expanding his knowledge and creating new experiences. His enthusiasm is evident in the way he connects different things together and incorporates ideas from disparate fields. He has a unique style of creativity, which involves cross-fertilizing ideas from various fields and domains.  He loves spending time in the great outdoors, hiking, cycling and motorcycling and he is an avid home-cook.

He lives with his family in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. He works remotely with clients from all over the world and in person with clients in the Netherlands.
